Piper Perabo

Piper Perabo was nominated for the Golden Globes as a stage, TV, and film actor. She was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in New Jersey. In 2000 she was cast in a starring role in Coyote Ugly. She has been featured in a number of films since the time, including Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige" which starred Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, and "Because I Said So" which starred Diane Keaton, and "First Snow" with Guy Pearce. "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Imagine Me and You" films starring Steve Martin, "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Cheaper by the Dozen" films, "10th & Wolf" crime drama featuring a cast which also comprised Dennis Hopper and James Marsden. She starred alongside Bruce Willis, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Emily Blunt and Jeff Daniels in Rian Johnson's sci-fi action movie "Looper.". On television, Perabo appeared as Annie Walker in all 5 seasons of USA Network's spy drama "Covert Affairs." Then she starred as a co-star in ABC's legal drama "Notorious. You can also catch "Turn up Charlie" on Netflix with IdrisElba. She also made her Broadway debut in Neil LaBute’s controversial play "Reasons to be Pretty" and was nominated for the Tony Award for the Best Play. Beyond her acting on the stage and on screen, Perabo is also an activist. Perabo is an active Voice for the International Rescue Committee and is a spokesperson for the International Rescue Committee, bringing awareness to refugees' plight around the world, and helping people who are affected by persecution of religion or conflict, as well as oppression by the state. Piper lives in Los Angeles, New York City. She graduated from Toms River High School North in 1994. In high school, she was a part of all the four musicals that were performed annually. Senior year , she was Katie in Me In St. Louis, junior year she played Cousin Fan as well as Lady Brighton in Mame; sophomore year she was Lady Brighton and Lady Brighton respectively. During freshman year she was a choreographer and dancer in How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. She was high school president of the National Honor Society, and she was also the editor for Polaris, the school's literary journal. As a dancer in the show in the field she was a member of the Marinerettes during high school.
